Return Policy

At Marmid, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Due to hygiene concerns, intimate apparel such as underwear and shapewear may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
