To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Due to hygiene concerns, intimate apparel such as underwear and shapewear may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
